Dabney Stuart
Dabney Stuart is the author of nineteen books of poetry, fiction, and criticism, most recently Family Preserve (Virginia, 2005). He has been nominated twice for the Pulitzer Prize, and awarded the Virginia Governor's Award for the Arts, two fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, Poetry magazine's Bess Hokin prize, and a Guggenheim Fellowship. He is currently professor emeritus of English at Washington and Lee University.
