Marilyn Hacker
Marilyn Hacker is the author of twelve books of poems, including Desesperanto (Norton, 2003) and Essays on Departure (Carcanet, UK, 2006). A new collection will be published in the fall of 2009. She was awarded the Robert Fagles Translation Prize for Marie Etienne’s King of a Hundred Horsemen (FSG, 2008).
