Stefi Weisburd

Stefi Weisburd's first poetry collection, The Wind-Up Gods, won the St. Lawrence Book Award. She is also the author of Barefoot, a poetry collection for children (Wordsong, 2008). Winner of the Discovery/The Nation prize in 2002, a Lannan Foundation writing residency, and a Bread Loaf Writers' Conference scholarship, her poems have appeared in many journals including Poetry, Paris Review, American Poetry Review. and Poetry Daily. She works at the University of New Mexico as a science outreach coordinator.
