Jason Anthony

Jason Anthony worked for eight austral summers in Antarctica. His Antarctic essays have appeared in Best American Travel Writing 2007, the Missouri Review, Alimentum, WorldHum.com, Isotope, FragLit.com, TheSmartSet.com, as a Notable Essay in Best American Essays 2006, and elsewhere. He is currently at work on a book on the strange history of Antarctic cuisine.
