Meera Subramanian’s work has appeared recently in Audubon, Discover, the New York Times, Salon, Smithsonian, USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, and elsewhere. She is a senior editor at Killing the Buddha and recently received a research grant from the Society of Environmental Journalists.
