Linda Bierds

Linda Bierds’ sixth book of poetry, The Seconds, was published by Putnam's in 2001. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including a fellowship in 1998 from the MacArthur Foundation. Bierds teaches in the Creative Writing Program at the University of Washington.
