AWP 2013 Bookfair Speed Dating

VQR staff will be attending AWP 2013 in Boston, as well as hosting an open reception on Saturday evening. We hope you’ll come and meet us then, or at the Bookfair (Tables i3 and i4). We’ll have recent issues at discounted prices, special AWP sub offers, and a few things to give away.
Also, as VQR’s somewhat new web editor, I’m actively seeking online contributors in 2013 and would love to meet writers, editors, and other creative people who have pitches for online content, which might include (but is not limited to):
• Online columns
• Digital pub ideas
• Multimedia efforts (podcasting, videocasting, etc)
• Social media contributions
As an example of an initiative in progress, VQR will soon be launching an Instapoetry series, curated by editor and poet Robert Lee Brewer.

Why don’t you do the speed-date online? It is, after all, an online contributor position you are recruiting for.
