Marian Palaia

Marian Palaia received her M.F.A. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, where she was awarded the 2012 Milofsky Prize, and received her M.A. from San Francisco State University. Currently, she is a John Steinbeck Fellow at San Jose State. She has completed her first novel, whose first chapter appears in this issue.
