Marion Castleberry is a professor of theatre at Baylor University. He is the founding president of the Horton Foote Society and the cofounder of the Horton Foote American Playwrights Festival. He was editor of Horton Foote: Genesis of an American Playwright (Baylor UP, 2004) and Farewell: Remembering Horton Foote, 1916–2009 (DeGolyer Library, 2011), and is currently completing a literary biography on Foote.
