I see visions in my head of Heaven
I see what I’m pretty sure is Heaven
Even in Heaven Heaven is a garden
Not Eden but an ordinary garden
Just like the garden Missus kept I wasn’t
Allowed to enjoy that garden but I wasn’t
Old enough then to do as I was told
Always or worry always momma told
Me on the road when we were running we were
Running so Master wouldn’t whip me we were
Running ’cause I had strayed into the garden
One time too many and had spoiled the garden
For Missus and for Master Heaven
Looks like that garden but it is set free in Heaven
