Please note: all domestic issues of VQR are mailed USPS "Periodical Postage" and can take up to 4 weeks for the Postal Service to deliver. We mail our issues in late December (Winter issue), late March (Spring), late June (Summer), and late September (Fall). Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery before contacting us about missing issues.
