Author Profiles

Leonard Kriegel was born in the Bronx, New York in 1933 and still lives and writes about the city. At the age of eleven, he contracted polio, which left him without the use of his legs.

William Palmer is a professor of history at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia.
