The Virginia Quarterly Review is part of the University of Virginia, which employs EPay @ UVA, hosted by Nelnet Business Solutions, as a means of providing a secure online payments.

The University of Virginia is required to collect sales tax for online sales shipped to the following states: District of Colombia, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. If you are located in one of these localities your payment total will include the original asking price plus the total of any sales tax owed on the purchase. If you are not located in one of these states you will not have sales tax added to your purchase.

If you represent a tax exempt organization please contact customer@vqronline.org to provide a sales tax exemption certificate. Upon reception of a valid exemption certificate, VQR will provide instructions for payment.

Defective or damaged magazine issues will be replaced upon notification. If you wish to have a refund rather than a replacement copy, please contact us at 866-455-3102 or customer@vqronline.org.
