Patrick Hicks

Patrick Hicks is Writer-in-Residence at Augustana College and his work has appeared in scores of international journals including Ploughshares, the Utne Reader, Commonweal, Indiana Review, Tar River Poetry, Glimmer Train, Christian Science Monitor, and Nimrod. He is the author of three chapbooks, as well as a full-length collection, Finding the Gossamer, which was recently published by Salmon Poetry. Aside from being a Visiting Fellow at Oxford, he has received a number of grants to support his work. He has lived in Northern Ireland, England, Germany, and Spain, but currently lives in South Dakota.
