William Dunlap’s paintings, sculpture and constructions are featured in many collections and galleries, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Corcoran Gallery of Art. His solo exhibitions have appeared in the Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art, the National Academy of Science, and the Mississippi Museum of Art, among others. His honors include awards and fellowships from the Rockefeller Foundation, the Lila Wallace/Reader’s Digest Foundation, and the Warhol Foundation. In 2013, he was named Mississippi State University’s first artist-in-residence.
