Nicole Graev Lipson is the author of the memoir-in-essays Mothers and Other Fictional Characters (Princeton Architectural Press, forthcoming). Her writing has appeared in the Gettysburg Review, Creative Nonfiction, the Washington Post, and the Boston Globe, among other publications, and has been awarded a Pushcart Prize and been shortlisted for The Best American Essays
