Bianca Stancanelli

Biography

Bianca Stancanelli is a Sicilian journalist living in Rome. She began her career in Palermo at the newspaper L’Ora, then moved to Rome as a special envoy for the newsmagazine Panorama. She has published two volumes of short stories as well as A testa alta (Einaufi, 2015), the story of don Pino Puglisi, a parish priest from Palermo who was killed by the mafia.
