Chuck Klosterman is the author of eight books of nonfiction and two novels. His work has been published in the New York Times, the Washington Post, GQ, Esquire, the Guardian, ESPN, and elsewhere. He served as the Ethicist for the New York Times Magazine for three years and was one of the original founders of Grantland. Klosterman’s new book of stories, Raised in Captivity: Fictional Nonfiction (Penguin, 2019), is forthcoming.
