Luis Alberto Urrea

Luis Alberto Urrea is the author of eleven books of poetry, nonfiction, and fiction, most recently the novel The Hummingbird’s Daughter (Little, Brown, 2005). He was a finalist for the 2005 Pulitzer Prize for nonfiction for The Devil’s Highway: A True Story, which was also named one of the best books of the year by the Los Angeles Times.
