
Michael Croley was born in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Corbin, Kentucky. In 2016 he won an NEA Literature Fellowship as well as an Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award. Croley’s work has appeared in Lit Hub, Narrative, the Kenyon Review Online, the Paris Review Daily, VQR, Blackbird, the Southern Review, and elsewhere. He teaches creative writing at Denison University.
